This item was used on "Babylon 5" S:1 E:3 “Born to be Purple” by Adira as part of her costuming. These earrings are gold plated. There are duplicates of these as is common for guest characters to ensure if one set gets broken they have back ups.

They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
