This is the ring worn by Ambassador Londo Mollari on “Babylon 5”. It is a gold metal ring with a stone added. I don’t know if this is commercially bought or production made. There was a gold version and a silver version of this ring.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
