This item was used on "Babylon 5: Thirdspace" by Shari Belafonte as well as on “Crusade” by David Allen Brooks through out the series on TNT. These are production made. The pins have a tie clip pin back. These are metal and a bit aged. I'm sure they can be cleaned after 20+ years in storage but I will leave that up to the buyer.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
