Babylon 5 Psi Corp Badge Screen Used Prop Jerry Doyle Michael Garibaldi
This item was used on "Babylon 5" S:3 E:8 “Messages from Earth” by Garibaldi on TNT. These are production made and this is a badge with a straight pin back. You can see the pin back in the photo of Garibaldi holding the badge. This is the only badge with this particular pin back making it easy to picture match. This is hammered metal and very heavy. It also have a bit of a tack feeling to it or aged feeling. I'm sure they can be cleaned after 20+ years in storage but I will leave that up to the buyer.
This badge has a weird waxy coating on it which was used on the badge to make it look like fire damage. Although it was cleaned off the badge for future use you can still feel the residue on it.
Although this does not come with an identifier from the studio it is picture matched and after much research I believe this to be the pin held by Garibaldi.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
