Lucifer Gold Signet Ring Screen Used Prop Jere Burns
This item was used in Season 4 Episode 7 of "Lucifer" entitled "Devil is as Devil Does" on the CW. It was received from a studio clearing house auction. It has very distinctive markings making it easily identifiable as one of the props used in the episode.
I believe it to be Gold plated although any metal markings have been removed. It has been altered in order to fit several different actors in the episode. It has an elastic strap added to the back and the strap is clearly visible in the close up picture. It is the main plot point of the episode as it is passed from the son to the father and is the piece of evidence that points to the killer. Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
