Babylon 5 Grey Council Staff Minbari Atonement
This is the staff used by Dukhat in Season 4 Episode 9 “Atonement”. The staff is easy to picture match but also comes with the Warner Brothers identity tags. This was acquired through an auction.
It is made with an iron/metal rod and the head is probably resin cast with a stone in the middle.
This does not come with a studio COA, however, I will provide a COA from Wookiedesigns with the item which has been researched and verified as having been used in the production of “Babylon 5”.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
